Access the Inbox
To access the MineralTree inbox, click on the "Document" icon on the top right of your MineralTree application. The Inbox is where your documents first land when you email them into MineralTree.
Invoice documents only appear in the Inbox before Invoice Capture completes or if you detach a document from a captured invoice (e.g. by deleting an open invoice). Once capture has completed, these documents will be attached to invoices on the Invoices tab and should be managed there. If you cannot wait for Capture to complete and need to create an invoice immediately, you can always manually create an invoice.
In the Inbox, you'll have the opportunity to view a List View or a Card View. The list view is the default view. Choose your view by selecting the icon with 3 lines for the List View or the icon with 4 squares for the Card View. By default, the newest invoices appear at the top.
List View is the default view that allows you to see a list of the documents that have been submitted for capture and their current status. You can choose to widen or shrink the columns to your liking by dragging the column headers or sort by ascending or descending order by clicking on the column headers.
The Card View gives you access to the actual thumbnail images of your invoices. This view can display up to 30 images at a time. Images over 30 will go to subsequent pages, which you can access by clicking into the next page on the top right.
The thumbnails can be enlarged or shrunk using the slider on the top left.
In the Card View, when you hover your mouse over one of the thumbnails, it will enlarge your invoice to quickly view pertinent information.
Filter Invoice Documents
You can choose to filter your invoices. This can only be accomplished on the List View by hovering over the column header and clicking on the column menu button.
Depending on the column you filter, you will be presented with a filter to narrow the scope of your search. Any filtering you set on the List View, will carry over to the Card View.
To remove the filter, click the column menu button, then Reset Filter.
Upload A Document
To upload an invoice document you can use either the Card or List View. Just click the + symbol on the top right of the Inbox screen and select a document.

Download A Document
The way you download an invoice document varies depending on the view you are in.
Click into the Invoice hyperlink.
When you click into the Invoice hyperlink, a full view will pop out from the right hand side. Click into the v symbol to access the download option.
From there, select the Download option which will download the document in its original format.
While in the Card View, you can download a document by clicking into the 3 stacked dots on the bottom right of the document.
From there you can download the document in its original format.
Delete A Document
The way you delete an invoice document varies depending on the view you are in.
Click into the Invoice hyperlink.
When you click into the Invoice hyperlink, a full view will pop out from the right hand side. Click into the v symbol to access the Delete option.
From there, select the Delete option.
While in the Card View, you can delete a document by clicking into the 3 stacked dots on the bottom right of the document.
From there you can select the Delete option.
