Manage invoice notes


Audience: Accounting Manager and Invoice Approver

Summary: MineralTree allows users to share Notes during processing of invoices, in particular during the invoice approval workflow. These notes are only visible within MineralTree pages.

Adding notes as an accounting manager

As an Accounting Manager, you can add notes while you're in the invoice by scrolling down to the note section and adding your note underneath your invoice approvers or by clicking the "Add Note" button in the invoice. Click Save.

To see the note you just created and any additional notes, click back into the invoice detail.


Adding notes as an invoice approver

Invoice Approvers can add notes when they click the link in the approval email request. Invoice approvers can enter text in the note field box before they approve ore reject the invoice.
