How to manage notes when editing invoices

MineralTree allows users to share Notes during processing of invoices, in particular during the invoice approval workflow. These notes are only visible within MineralTree pages.
Here are more details on how that works:

1. If you are an Accounting Manager, you should use the Add a Note button:

then this field:

and click anywhere outside the box. Note that the note will "disappear", but if you click the Save button, you'll see an update in the Note column:

and when you click back in to view it, you'll see the Note text:

2. For Invoice Approvers, click the link in the approval email request, and enter text in that Note box field and click Approve (or Reject):
After this update, the AM user will see that note in the invoice page too:
