Netsuite/Intacct shows "Connected" but is not Syncing?


When you see that NetSuite or Intacct is "Connected" but hasn't synced for 24 hours or more, it is likely that you can resolve by re-establishing the connection between your Accounting Package and MineralTree . This can be done by following these steps:

  1.  Disconnect from Netsuite/Intacct
    • Have an Accounting Manager go to Settings -> Company Profile -> "Disconnect from NetSuite" or "Disconnect from Intacct" 
  2.  Click on "Connect to Netsuite" / "Connect to Intacct" on the top right corner.
  3.  Have a Netsuite/Intacct Admin enter their credentials in the popup window.
