When you see that NetSuite or Intacct is "Connected" but hasn't synced for 24 hours or more, it is likely that you can resolve by re-establishing the connection between your Accounting Package and MineralTree . This can be done by following these steps:
- Disconnect from Netsuite/Intacct
- Have an Accounting Manager go to Settings -> Company Profile -> "Disconnect from NetSuite" or "Disconnect from Intacct"
- Click on "Connect to Netsuite" / "Connect to Intacct" on the top right corner.
- Have a Netsuite/Intacct Admin enter their credentials in the popup window.
