How can an Admin manage Company and User settings?

Your MineralTree Admin can adjust company information and settings and also manage users.  
To access the Admin section of MineralTree, go to:

SETTINGS → MANAGE COMPANY SETTINGS.  

 

 

Company information and settings can be adjusted on the COMPANY INFORMATION tab. Possible changes include:

  • company address
  • contact information,
  • security preferences 
    • 2-Factor Authentication codes,
    • Invoice Approval settings, and
    • Payment Approval settings

 

Editing a User:

Users can be managed under the MANAGE USERS tab, located at the top of the page.

The following attributes can be adjusted here by clicking on the user name:  

  • name,
  • phone number,
  • user role,
  • email address
  • security settings
  • password

 

1. Select the User's name:

 

 2. You can edit the required data and reset their password from here:
